West Indies to Host Australia for Test Series in 2025, Followed by Tours to India and Beyond

West Indies men's cricket team will begin their 2025 season with a three-Test home series against Australia for the Frank Worrell Trophy, running from June 25 to July 16. This series will mark their first Test assignment under new red-ball coach Daren Sammy.

The matches will take place in Barbados (Kensington Oval), Grenada (Grenada National Stadium), and Jamaica (Sabina Park). After the Test series, West Indies and Australia will also play five T20Is.

Following their home series, West Indies will host Pakistan from July 31 to August 12 for three ODIs and three T20Is. The T20Is will be played in Florida, while the ODIs will be held at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad.

Later in the year, West Indies will embark on a long overseas tour from September 21 to December 23, covering India, Bangladesh, and New Zealand. Their India tour will feature two Test matches, while in Bangladesh, they will play three ODIs and three T20Is.

The New Zealand tour will be a full-format series, including three Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is.

Before these major assignments, West Indies will also play three ODIs each against Ireland and England to prepare for the 2027 ODI World Cup. They will also play three T20Is against both teams during these tours.

Meanwhile, the West Indies women's team will start their 2025 campaign with the World Cup qualifiers in Pakistan from April 4 to 19. The tournament will determine the final two teams for the Women's World Cup in India, scheduled between August and September.

The women's team will then tour England from May 21 to June 8 for three ODIs and three T20Is. After returning home, they will host South Africa for another ODI and T20I series at the 3Ws Oval in Barbados.

West Indies' UK tour will see them play ODIs in Ireland from May 21 to 25 before facing England in three ODIs at Headingley, Cardiff, and The Oval. They will also play three T20Is in England before returning to Ireland for three more T20Is.

Their tour will conclude on June 15, just ten days before their Test series against Australia begins in Barbados.
